Today, messaging is more important than ever. One of the largest apps in the world is a messaging app and more and more we see video and other messaging mediums take off.
So why is it in so many other apps, chat is merely a feature meant to compliment some other core functionality?
Why is messaging flattened
and relegated to being a customer service tool?
Koala answers that question
by flipping that idea on its head. With Koala the apps live inside the chat, are launched from the chat and in some cases become the chat.
